Crafting Exceptional Performers Since 2020.

Wright Rohde Academy of Performing Arts (WRAPA) is a safe space to be brave, learn and excel in the arts
“Wright Rohde, Natalie and Elise, have been instrumental in James' development in drama, theatre and singing. Their professional and supportive approach has enabled his skills to grow faster than we could have imagined. He is confident to try out for things that he might not get, because that is ok. The opportunities that have opened up to him have been as a direct result of the training and support he has been provided.” - Claire Paki

Our passion is our students and helping them achieve their goals.
“Wright Rohde has transformed and enhanced the theatre and performance culture for youth in Tauranga. For the first time, there are opportunities throughout the calendar year for youth to be involved in shows, attend regular workshops, and even camps - all in addition to receiving weekly tuition in speech and drama, singing and musical theatre. They aim to improve techniques and skills in each genre and, most importantly, they empower young people to have confidence in their own abilities… all while building a 'whanau' of genuine friendships. Deterred by no obstacles, the Wright Rohde team continually surprise us in the projects they choose to take on and successfully achieve!" - Jo West
